PLAYER SAFETY AT WEST WINDSOR LITTLE LEAGUE

At West Windsor Little League, safety is a priority in everything we do.

We are sharing our Little League SAFE Summary so families understand the policies, training, and procedures in place to protect our players, volunteers, and spectators throughout the season.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOUR FAMILY
*All managers, coaches, and volunteers complete annual background checks and required child protection training.

Coaches and volunteers receive safety, first aid, and concussion awareness training.

Emergency Action Plans are in place at all fields, with first aid kits and AEDs available on site.
*
Fields and equipment are inspected regularly to ensure safe playing conditions.
*
Injuries and incidents are documented and reviewed so we can continue improving league safety.

WHY WE SHARE THIS

We believe families should know how seriously we take player safety. This summary reflects the work happening behind the scenes so players can focus on learning the game, building confidence, and having fun.

Families are encouraged to review the SAFE Summary and reach out with any questions or concerns. Safety is a shared responsibility, and we are committed to putting kids first at all times.
