Senior League Division - 13 to 16yr olds

2026 - Teenage Baseball

West Windsor Teenage Baseball (Ages 13–16) – Powered by the Senior League Division

West Windsor Teenage Baseball is a recreational baseball program designed for both middle school and high school athletes, whether or not they are currently playing on a school team, who want to continue playing baseball in a structured, supportive environment focused on developing their skills at the next level.

This program gives teenage players the opportunity to compete on full-sized fields, get meaningful game reps, and remain eligible for summer tournament play, all without the heavy time commitment often associated with earlier youth baseball years.

HOW TEENAGE BASEBALL IS STRUCTURED
*The Senior League Baseball Division is for players ages 13–16 and is played on a regulation 90-foot diamond with a 60 ft, 6 in pitching distance.
*Teenage Baseball operates within the Senior League division, which is designed for teenage players and serves as a bridge between traditional Little League and high school baseball.
*This is not “going back” to Little League. This is the next step for teenage players.

One of the biggest benefits of the Senior League structure is postseason eligibility:
* Local leagues may select a Tournament Team (All Stars) from Senior League players
* Tournament teams advance through district and regional play
* The highest level of competition is the Senior League Baseball World Series, featuring teams from around the world
* Teams that advance to the World Series have travel, lodging, and meals fully covered by Little League International

WHY TEENAGE BASEBALL WORKS FOR MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS
* Designed to start later in the spring, with scheduling intentionally built around middle and high school baseball seasons
* We will make every effort to avoid scheduling games on the same day as local middle and high school team games whenever possible
* All games and practices are scheduled later in the evening
* Provides teenage players with more at bats, more innings, and more game reps without an overwhelming time commitment
A lighter schedule than earlier youth baseball years, helping players stay engaged without burnout
