The FREE Little League^® Rulebook App contains the Official Regulations, Playing Rules, and Operating Policies for all divisions of Baseball, Softball, and Challenger in one location. The app includes all three rulebooks, bookmarks and notes, copy and paste functionality, rule interpretation videos, automatic updates for future seasons, and is approved for use in the dugout!

Little League International is proud to provide this important resource free of charge for all to help connect with all our volunteers, coaches, families, and caregivers, and better inform everyone of our rules and regulations. As Little League continues to develop free, digital resources, the shipment of printed materials, including hard copies of the Little League rulebooks and other various supplies, has been suspended.
