Established in 1958, the West Windsor Little League (WWLL) is dedicated to providing youth in West Windsor, Cranbury and Plainsboro an opportunity to play baseball or softball in a safe and supportive environment. The mission of our 501c3, volunteer run organization, is to teach the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and reverence while mentoring each athletes’ self-esteem, teaching them teamwork and providing an opportunity to build skills both socially and physically.

Your company’s sponsorship of our organization provides much needed support.  West Windsor Little League owns the Ward Field complex.  We receive no subsidy or assistance from any township.  Our expenses are our own.  These expenses are mounting, and your sponsorship dollars help to offset these costs to allow WWLL to provide affordable recreational baseball and softball to boys and girls in Cranbury, Plainsboro and West Windsor.

Much of the infrastructure at Ward Field is over 45 years old and maintenance costs are substantial.  We recently replaced security systems, the roof on top of the concession stand, a scoreboard and did major masonry renovations to the dugouts.  Fences, the driveway and parking lot, concession food equipment, and other buildings need significant maintenance and repairs over the next 12 months.  This is in addition to the normal operating costs of utilities and field maintenance.   

Now, more than ever, we are asking for your support of WWLL and its players for the upcoming 2024 season.  

Please consider: 

·      Sponsoring an Outfield Sign: a sign with your company logo will be created.  This sign will be prominently displayed on the outfield fence of one of our Ward Complex baseball or softball fields, West Windsor Community Park, Plainsboro Community Park or Cranbury Park throughout the 2024 Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons. 

·      Team Sponsorship: Your company name appears on the team t-shirt.  With approximately 12 players on the team, that is 12 times the advertising!  The advertising continues after the season ends as players will wear the shirts around town!

·      Customized Programming: provide a donation in an amount of your choosing and we can create a customized sponsorship program to fit your company's goals. This includes Scoreboards; Permanent Signage and Field Naming rights.

·      Sponsor of the Month: become our sponsor of the month and receive a direct mail blast to our full mailing list of 4000 local families.  A banner ad on the home page of the WWLL website.  Posts on our Facebook and Instagram accounts for the month.  Great way to promote your business and engage with the West Windsor, Plainsboro, and Cranbury communities.
