Fall Ball - Softball - Registration Now Open
We are less than two weeks away from the start of Fall Ball Softball play but there is still time to register. We are still in need of players and parent volunteers to coach and assist in other ways at all levels.
Fall Ball is played by the same rules used for regular season spring interleague play but is more relaxed and instructional/developmental in nature. Minors and Majors games will be played on Friday evenings against other towns in District 12 beginning on Sep 5 and will continue through the end of October. There will be one practice per week. Players who will be 9 or 10 by Jan 1 09 are eligible to play in Minors and players who will be 11 or 12 will be eligible to play in Majors.
New this year we are hoping to introduce Fall Ball at the Rookies level for players who will be 7 or 8 years old on Jan 1 09 and who have played at least one year of T-ball. These games will most likely be played on Sunday afternoons beginning Sep 7.
