Managers are encouraged to contact each other several days before a scheduled game to verify date/time/location of their game and that each can field a team. Rule changes can only be instituted by mutual consent of the coaches before the game.
This is an instructional league, not an extension of the Tournament Season. §Please give as many opportunities as possible to all the players on your team.§Rotate your players defensively (i.e., limit the number of innings/game in which they play a given position).
No official scores will be kept.
Please honor Little League pitch count regulations.
Make-ups or rescheduled games are up to the managers. Please inform the opposing manager as soon as possible of any scheduling issues.
Home team is responsible for providing umpires and two (2) new game balls. Please respect the umpire’s calls (no matter how bad they may be). No arguing.
Each team is required to provide a first aid kit (bandages, ice packs, etc).
Each game will have a two-hour time limit (unless otherwise agreed upon by the opposing managers and there is no field conflict).
Teams to use a continuous batting order for all players. At most one rotation through the batting order per inning. Since scores are not kept, the number of players on each team doesn’t matter.

Special restrictions for 8/9’s:
No more than 10 batters per inning.
Limit to five (5) successful base advances per team per inning.
Special restrictions for 6/7’s:
Coach-pitch. Modifications

Teams may field 10 defensive players (i.e. 4 outfielders).
No more than 10 batters per inning.
No base running advances on overthrows.
No umpires for this level are required. Close calls go to alternating teams, though there shouldn't be any real debate at this level.
