West Windsor Little League has several policies that govern our programs.
Refunds: Refunds are made only prior to the season starting, except where indicated on the registration form. Refunds can be made in the form of a check or credit to your original credit card. Refunds usually include a $25 administrative fee.
Background Checks: All adults who wish to Manage or Coach must complete the Background Check through the National Center for Safety Initiatives. www.ncsisafe.com Any other adults who will be involved in the league including Board of Directors must complete this Background Check information as well. This includes anyone who will be in the dugout at any time during the season or who will participate on the field as well. Please click here for more information.
Volunteer Duty - Each family is required to work one (1) concession stand shift and one (1) other volunteer duty (Including but not limited to: Awards Day, Clean-up Day, Coach, etc). Once your volunteer duty is completed, you will receive a $75.00 refund of your registration fees (maximum refund per family is $150) Managers and Board Members are exempt from concession duty.
